The game defaults to a 60 Hz refresh rate. Enforcing a 60 FPS cap is still recommended.

Download and extract dgVoodoo 2. Copy `D3D9.dll` from the `MSx86` folder to the game folder. Run dgVoodoo, and add the game folder to the list. Enable the Enumerate refresh rates option.
