Jun 27, 2020 Launch Audacity. Click 'Edit' and select 'Preferences.' Click 'Effects,' then check the box next to 'Rescan VST effects next time Audacity is started.' Audacity now scans for new plug-ins when you start it. Click 'OK' and close Audacity. Re-launch Audacity. The program scans the plug-ins directory for the newly installed GSnap plug-in.
